I’m always on the hunt for quick and easy meals I can make for my family. I always plan my meals ahead for the week and head to Trader Joe’s to do my grocery shopping. If I can make a meal with five ingredients or less, it usually gets added to my rotation of favorites. This one below is SO good. I can’t wait to hear what you think!
Teriyaki Beef & Broccoli
Ingredients (all from Trader Joe’s):
-Broccoli Florets
-Soyaki Sauce
-Crunchy Chili Onion
-Shaved Beef Steak
-Frozen Brown Rice
Directions:
- Cook broccoli over medium heat with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Salt and pepper the meat, while at the same time heating up your rice in the microwave
- Cook beef in the same pan as broccoli over medium heat until cooked through
- Add Soyaki sauce to your liking
- Add a Tbsp of Crunchy Chili Onion to the pan
- Serve beef and broccoli over rice
