15 Minute Trader Joe’s Meal

Easy meals that I can throw together in fifteen minutes or less are my go-to! This Beef and Broccoli Bowl is almost on a weekly rotation in this household. The girls love it and Sam and I do, too! 

 

Ingredients:

Shaved beef steak

Broccoli florets

Edamame

Jalapeno

Avocado

Frozen Brown Rice

Trader Joe’s Soyaki Sauce

 

Directions:

  1. Heat a pan on the stove over medium with olive oil
  2. Add the shaved beef to the pan and cook thoroughly  
  3. While the beef cooks, microwave your broccoli and edamame
  4. Add the cooked broccoli to the pan with the meat and stir
  5. Add in Trader Joe’s Soyaki sauce to the pan and stir
  6. Cut up Avocado and Jalapeno
  7. Microwave your brown rice
  8. Add all ingredients to a bowl and enjoy!
