Baked Chicken – One Pan Meal

My go-to dinner lately has been this simple and delicious one pan dinner. Sharing recipe deets below:

Ingredients:

-Chicken Breast

-Feta Block

-Bag of broccoli

-Grape tomatoes

-Olive Oil

-Salt

-Pepper

-Garlic Powder

Directions:

  1. In a baking dish add chicken breast, feta block, broccoli, and grape tomatoes.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  3. Bake at 400ºF for 30 minutes
  4. After baking, cut the chicken
  5. Microwave rice
  6. Add rice to baking dish, smash feta, and mix all together
  7. Add chicken on top
  8. Enjoy!
