Handbags Under $200

I always love to switch up my bags, especially during the warmer months. I’ve searched the internet for some bags that I think are perfect for this summer and I hope you like them too. I included some that are a bit over $200, but I still think they are worth the investment! If you’ve found any bags that are perfect for the upcoming seasons, I’d love to know!

Straw Bags:

To me, straw bags are the epitome of  summer. They can be paired with any outfit because they are so neutral. Straw bags are probably my most reached-for bags during this time of year.

  • This Hat Attack Jane Tote Bag makes the perfect beach tote, or everyday tote!
  • This mini Sensi Tote Straw Bag is everything!! So cute with the ribbon detail. I’d wear this as a dinner bag with a cute sundress.
  • Amazon Bamboo Bag: While this isn’t straw, I had to include it because I feel like this truly is a summer bag. It can elevate any look and is a perfect option.
  • Handwoven Bag: Loovvvee this one! The circle shape is adorable. I think this is great for a daytime bag.

Leather Bags:

Totes:

  • Florabella Gili Large Soft Tote: Yes, this is straw, too….but it’s perfect for a beach or pool bag. During the summer months, I always find myself throwing things in a bag on the go, especially with Sage.
  • Monogram Tote: This canvas tote is great for the beach or pool, too! Love that you can customize it with an initial.

Sage’s Recent Favorites

Sage is getting SO big. With her getting bigger, her interests are rapidly changing, too. She’s starting to really take interest in completely new things and isn’t playing with her “baby” toys anymore. I love how much she’s constantly on the go and trying more things. She’s my little adventurer now 🙂

Now that Sage is a year and a half, she is so mobile. She loves anything that is stimulating and that grows her mind. Below are some of her favorites now that she is a year old.

I’d love to know what your little ones are loving lately, too!

Beach Day Must Haves

There’s a LOT that I throw in my beach bag these days as a mama, but I’ll focus this post on just what I throw in for myself! From snacks to sunscreen, I’m including it all!! If there are things that you include in your beach bag that I might not have, let me know!

Beach Bag

First thing’s first, the beach bag! I honestly love to switch up my beach bag, but I love this Clear Tote. This is perfect to be able to clean and it zips to avoid belongings getting wet.

Waterbottle

It’s no secret that I’m obsessed with the Stanley Adventure Quencher Tumblr. This is a must for the summertime and will be coming to the beach with me at all times.

Claw Clip

I always find myself needing to throw my hair up during the day, so having some claw clips in my bag is a must.

Sunglasses

I try to not bring my most expensive pair(s) of sunglasses to the beach because I am always convinced that I’m going to lose them. These are super cute and you don’t need to sweat it too much if you misplace them!

Sunscreen

You all know that my go-to is always the TULA Protect + Glow. This sunscreen is just for your face, but I truly always have this with me.

Lip Balm

A lip balm with SPF in it is super important while you are at the beach. I love this COOLA Organic one because it adds the slightest hint of color to your lips and keeps them protected while you are in the sun.

Hair Brush

My hair turns into a knotty mess when I’m at the beach, so a hair brush is an absolute necessity to have in my bag.

Sandals

My beach shoes are always changing, but I typically just take a pair and throw them on when I’m heading out of the door. My current favorites are these Dolce Vita NYX Sandals

Let me know if I’m forgetting anything!

New Makeup I’ve Been Loving

As you guys know, I’ve been transitioning to clean makeup for the most part. It’s been super important to me to begin adding clean makeup into my routine. I’ve been trying out so many new brands and have definitely found products that I’ve liked and others that haven’t been the greatest. I’m slowly finding a routine that works for my skin and best with my texture, but I’ll still continue to share products as a find them.

With that said, I’m excited to share some of my recent favorites today with you! More often than not, I share my new favorites with my Instagram community first on my stories, so make sure you are following me there if you aren’t already!

The Key To My Everyday Routine: A Multivitamin

I’ve always been someone who cares about my overall well-being. For me, that starts from within. It can be tough to decide what works for you when it comes to your overall health and what to add to your daily routine to support your well-being.

One of the things I focus on is filling in the gaps in my diet with supplements and vitamins in a way that is easy. It can be so daunting to figure out which ones to take. Taking vitamins was something I avoided for a long time because looking into it was overwhelming. With that said, I’ve been taking a multivitamin for years now after I found Ritual.

I discovered Ritual after I saw some friends and fellow influencers speak about it. I did my own research and fell in love with their products and mission. Their products are science-baked with visible traceability and high-quality ingredients. There are no hidden secrets with Ritual – they put it all out there – ingredients, nutrients, etc. and leave out sugars, synthetic fillers, and other shady additives. It gives me such peace of mind knowing what I am putting into my body. I can without a doubt say that their products have made me feel supported in my everyday health.

I’ve been a Ritual subscriber for years now and I love that I can use them in every stage of life. I’ve taken the multivitamin, the prenatal, and the postnatal. Switching from one to the other is such an easy process. You just update your account, and your vitamins will switch over on your next delivery. I’m currently taking the Ritual Essential For Women 18+ Multivitamin. It’s an easy way for me to fill in the gaps in my diet to make sure I’m getting the nutrients I need. I take mine in the morning and it’s an easy addition to my routine.

Not only do they have amazing multivitamins, but they’ve started to offer other products, such as protein powder, which I love. If you follow me over on Instagram, you’ve probably seen me talk about their protein powder a ton – I love putting it in my post-workout smoothies (my favorite recipe is here).

Take a look at what Ritual has to offer HERE and sign up for a subscription!

They have great options for men, women, and even kids. If you’re looking for a multivitamin to take or are thinking about making the switch from your current one, I couldn’t recommend Ritual Multivitamins (and all their products) enough!

This post is sponsored by Ritual. All opinions and thoughts are my own.

Spring & Summer Shoe Round-Up

It’s finally warm enough to switch up my shoes for warmer options! I love changing it up in the spring and summer by wearing sandals, sneakers, and heels.

Vacay Outfits

My vacation to Mexico inspired me to put this post together. After my last trip, you all had a ton of questions about my outfits, so I thought I’d put a post together on some vacation outfit inspo.

This is typically the style I go for while on vacation, but you may prefer to dress up more or less! I always like to look cute and stylish but also stay comfortable. For the most part, I like to start with the basics and then branch out to some cuter and more colorful pieces. I’ve compiled a list of some of the outfits I’ve worn and others that I think would be perfect for vacation.

Wedding Guest Dress Round Up

It’s wedding season!! Around this time of year, you may find yourself at a wedding. In my opinion, wedding guest dresses can be super difficult to find and select. I figured it was time to do a dedicated round-up for spring/summer dresses. I think that you’ll be able to find something based on your desired attire and price point. I’ve rounded up some perfect dresses for spring and summer, as well as some accessories to go with them. There’s everything from bags to heels to jewelry, and of course, dresses.

Even if you aren’t going to a wedding, these dresses are perfect for warmer weather when you need or want to dress up! I can also do a more budget-friendly roundup in the future if you are looking for some more affordable options.

Happy Shopping!!

Bathing Suit Favorites

The sunshine is out in Utah finally and I’ve been trying to soak all of it up! Whether it’s going for a walk, heading to the lake, or lounging by a pool, I basically live in swimwear over the summer.

I’ve broken this post into a few different categories: swimsuits that show more skin, one’s that show less, and coverups. I like bikinis for tanning, but also love to switch it up sometimes, too. The ones with more coverage are great, but even with those, I love to have a coverup.

Skimming the pages of several different websites can be so time-consuming, so I’ve condensed my favorites into a post! I tried to include a variety of styles and price ranges to be accommodating for everyone. Would love to know your faves, too!

8 Items To Help Start Healthy Habits

It’s never too late to start integrating healthy habits into your routine. I’ve been trying to stick to my rituals and start new healthy habits.

I thought it would be super helpful to round up some items that have been useful to me in creating healthy habits.

  1. A Cute Workout Set: When I look good, I feel good! Wearing a cute set often motivates me to want to get out of bed and work out.
  2. Sneakers: This pairs well with the above, but a good pair of sneakers can be motivating to get up and get active.
  3. Stanley Cup: This cup is literally all over social media and is SO helpful in encouraging me to drink more water throughout the day.
  4. Planner: There’s no better way to get organized than writing down what you have to do! This planner helps me stay organized and motivated to complete my tasks.
  5. Face Wash: A good day always starts with a good morning routine. My mornings always begin with me going through my skincare routine, and this is by far my favorite face wash.
  6. Journal: These journals are EVERYTHING. Writing down what is in your head can seriously be SO helpful.
  7. Apple Watch: If one of your goals is to be more active this year, the Apple Watch can definitely be an encouragement to move your body!
  8. Pens: I don’t know what it is, but a good pen always helps to encourage me to journal and write things down.

My Current Denim Favorites

It’s no secret that finding the perfect pair of denim can be tough. Denim trends are constantly changing and I’m always trying to keep up with the latest styles! I’ve found a few new pairs of jeans that I have become obsessed with lately, so I wanted to share those details with you today since you always ask me!

  • Ribcage Straight Ankle Jean in Black Sprout : These are a top favorite of mine! They are my go-to for so many different occasions because I can dress them up or down. They are perfect all year round, but I especially like them in the fall and winter.
  • Nina Denim Pants with Slit in White: These jeans are so flattering and fit great around the waist and the ankle is so cute. I wore these on my birthday and love that I can transition them from season to season.
  • 90s Ultra High Rise Straight Jeans: The MOST perfect everyday denim by far. Abercrombie has really stepped up their game with jeans and I have so many pairs that I absolutely adore. They are true to size. I love the more relaxed fit and high waist. They look great styled in so many different ways, too.

My Clean Makeup Routine

As you guys know, I’ve been loving ILIA Beauty’s makeup! Their clean formulas have been doing wonders for my skin. I’m going to run through my current makeup routine, as I’ve pretty much only been using ILIA beauty makeup products.

Once I’ve prepared my skin, I go in with the Super Serum Skin Tint. This is a 3-in-1 tinted serum with light coverage, SPF, and amazing active ingredients. I’ll apply the dropper to my fingertips and apply it with my fingers, a brush, or a beauty sponge. I always make sure to shake the bottle before applying it.

Next, I go in with the True Skin Serum Concealer. This has medium coverage and helps reduce the appearance of under-eye circles and dark spots. It also has Vitamin C to help brighten and reduce fine lines.

Once the base of my face is set, I use the Multi-Stick as blush. You can also use this for your lips as well – it’s super creamy, and you can apply it easily on your fingertips.

I also love the Limitless Lash Mascara. This always lengthens, lifts, and curls my lashes.

They also recently launched the Lip Wrap Reviving Balm, a super-moisturizing balm. It’s made from plant-based Squalene & Prickly Pear Oil. It moisturizes and plumps your lips!

I truly can’t recommend their products enough! My skin is glowy all day, and the makeup stays on so well.
