5 Ingredient Trader Joe’s Meal

I’m always on the hunt for quick and easy meals I can make for my family. I always plan my meals ahead for the week and head to Trader Joe’s to do my grocery shopping. If I can make a meal with five ingredients or less, it usually gets added to my rotation of favorites. This one below is SO good. I can’t wait to hear what you think!

Teriyaki Beef & Broccoli

Ingredients (all from Trader Joe’s):

-Broccoli Florets

-Soyaki Sauce

-Crunchy Chili Onion

-Shaved Beef Steak

-Frozen Brown Rice

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli over medium heat with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  2. Salt and pepper the meat, while at the same time heating up your rice in the microwave
  3. Cook beef in the same pan as broccoli over medium heat until cooked through
  4. Add Soyaki sauce to your liking
  5. Add a Tbsp of Crunchy Chili Onion to the pan
  6. Serve beef and broccoli over rice
