My go-to dinner lately has been this simple and delicious one pan dinner. Sharing recipe deets below:
Ingredients:
-Chicken Breast
-Feta Block
-Bag of broccoli
-Grape tomatoes
-Olive Oil
-Salt
-Pepper
-Garlic Powder
Directions:
- In a baking dish add chicken breast, feta block, broccoli, and grape tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Bake at 400ºF for 30 minutes
- After baking, cut the chicken
- Microwave rice
- Add rice to baking dish, smash feta, and mix all together
- Add chicken on top
- Enjoy!
