As a busy mom of two, prioritizing myself and movement in the morning is essential for setting the tone for my day! I made it a goal in 2024 to set my alarm an hour earlier and wake up before the girls. I am happy to say it changed my life and I am bringing that same goal with me in 2025! I have recently been jumping on the Peloton for a quick 30min cardio burn followed by a TMC workout then a relaxing sauna sweat. What does your morning routine look like?
