My Go-To DWTS Outfits

source: Getty Images

You all have been blowing up my DM’s about my DWTS daily outfits, so I figured it would be best to put a blog post together of five of the top outfits I always have on rotation!

Monday: Monday is show day so I spend most of the day in my trailer getting all glammed up! It’s always an early morning so I love to wear comfy sweats and a shirt that fits easily over my head so I don’t mess up my hair or makeup. I recently got these sweatpants from Aritzia and this henley from Abercrombie and I’m obsessed! This will be my new Monday uniform.

Tuesday: I pretty much only wear matching sets and this one is one of my all-time favorites (top, bottom). It might even be the most requested from you guys! The fabric is butter soft and the print is so cute! I always layer this look with an oversized sweatshirt and then throw on my favorite APL bliss sneakers.

Wednesday: I’m really into the tonal vibes, so this little set from Five The Label is one of my favorites. I love the color of the biker shorts and the waist is SO flattering. I pair them with this top and it’s such a cute outfit – seriously you could throw on a blazer and go out in this look if you wanted to! Add this jean shacket and some cute sneakers and you’re ready to run some errands, hit the gym, or just lounge around!

Thursday: This might be one of my favorite Amazon sets of all time! The fabric is like butter and it’s SO FLATTERING. I’m not kidding. And the best part, it’s only $34.99. Don’t forget to add my favorite belt bag from Lululemon!

Friday: I love a good color block set and this one from Free People is one of my favorites. The color block leggings are really flattering and the bra is beyond comfortable. I would order this in every color they have! Free People also has the best selection of sneakers! I just ordered these to wear to rehearsals. I almost always bring this big tote with me! It fits everything and is really chic!

Let me know what other outfits you love and I’ll link them in my next blog post!

My Latest Amazon Fashion Haul

Amazon Fashion Haul

As you’ve probably seen on my Instagram stories, I did another Amazon haul recently and wanted to share everything I bought with you guys. There are some really cute, reasonably priced finds for spring and summer for days, nights, and everything in between!

Gingham Dress

I love the high neckline and flowiness of this dress. I feel like it’s something that would be super flattering on all body types, and I love the variety of colors and patterns.

Corduroy Button Down

This is such a versatile top. You can dress it up or dress it down, and I love that it looks like a nice, thick material while still feeling lightweight.

Floral Top

I wasn’t sure how this top would look in person, but I’m so glad I ordered it. It looks really cute tucked into a pair of high-waisted jeans, and I love the sleeve detail.

Rib-Knit Crop

I honestly may need to order this in every color. It is the perfect top to wear with comfy pants or shorts around the house during the summer and can be totally dressed up a bit with a flowy skirt or jacket for a date night.

Floral Mini Dress

I love the ruffle detailing and floral print of this dress; it reminds me of an evening at the beach. Make sure to look at the sizing chart before ordering, though, and use your measurements!

Boho Wrap Dress

I realize I definitely got quite a few dresses in this haul, but I love this one too! The wrap dress cinches the waist, and the length is perfect. I also saw that the model threw a sweater over it, and it made for the cutest skirt, too. Dual-purpose!

Linen Shorts

I wanted comfortable linen shorts for summer and gave these a try. The length was great, and they fit well, no complaints so far!

Basic Tee

I stocked up on some basic tees for summer, too, and these are my favorite! I love the length, and you can never go wrong with classic Hanes.

Running Shorts

I saw so many people raving about these shorts being a dupe for the Lululemon running shorts I love, so I had to give them a try. I haven’t worn them yet, but stay tuned!

I know I always love seeing what people are buying from Amazon, so I hope you enjoyed seeing what’s been in my cart. I’ll definitely keep everyone posted on how these items wear and last!

3 Winter Layers I’m Wearing Daily

Now that we’re officially in the deep winter months here in Utah, I had to do a roundup of the absolute essential winter layers I wear when we leave the house now! When temperatures hit those single digits, you really learn how crucial it is to layer up, so you stay warm no matter how cold it gets! There’s no worse feeling than being freezing all the time, and you can appreciate the winter and how gorgeous it is when you can feel your feet and stay warm.

So, if you’re living somewhere in the country where the winter months require more than one layer, this post is for you! Keep scrolling for the 3 winter layers I’m wearing daily and honestly can’t live without during a chilly Utah winter!

#1 Hiking Socks

There’s nothing better than a cozy warm sock keeping your feet warm! I usually opt for hiking socks or waffle knit, so I know they’ll keep my feet super warm. Another great option I’ve discovered if you live in the cold is toe warmers! They’ll become your best friend if your toes get cold!

#2 Fleece Sweaters & Vests

Fleece sweaters are a staple in the northern states for a reason! I love layering up underneath my winter coat and adding a cozy fleece or vest to keep my whole body warm. There are plenty of options for sweaters and vests in all price ranges and depending on how warm you want to be!

#3 Cozy Scarves

This has always been one of my favorite accessories to give people as gifts! Nothing cozier than a good cashmere or knitted scarf. They’re a staple layer when the temperature really starts to plummet and can look so chic when styled correctly! I’m usually a fan of the chunkier scarves I can also use as a wrap after taking off my coat!

Winter Boots: 3 Styles I Can’t Live Without

Winter is here in Utah, and the bitter cold means you can’t be caught dead outside without a good warm boot! Every girl has that one category they can’t get enough of, and mine is shoes. Although I love a good assortment, there are definitely a few styles of boots that I always keep coming back to. It can be hard to find cute winter boots that don’t cost a fortune and will last you a few seasons. I find that I will spend a little more on a good winter boot because I know I will wear it for the next few years, plus you really don’t want to be stuck in the cold with boots that can’t hold up!

Winter boots can either be really cute or extremely tacky and heavy. Heavy boots that feel like I’m picking up 10 pounds every time I walk do not work for me! I rounded up a few of my favorite and most timeless styles in my wardrobe that truly match everything. And, they are Utah weather approved!! Keep scrolling for the 3 winter boot styles I could never live without!

2. Combat Boot

10 Wardrobe Basics I’m Living In Right Now

Give me all the cozy, soft, and silky clothing you have because that’s all I want to wear right now. Before quarantine, I loved dressing up and putting on cute outfits because I basically live in dance clothing year-round. I was so excited to dress my bump when I was pregnant, but since we were all stuck at home (still are!!), I opted for cozy-chic, and now that’s all that I want to wear postpartum. I feel like no one really prepares you for what happens after you have a baby! I purchased so much maternity clothing, but I didn’t really think about what I would wear postpartum. Now that Sage is here, I’ve been living in matching sweat sets, comfy pajama pants and nursing bras, and my plush brooklinen robe. Yes, some days all I want to wear is a robe. Once you try it, you’ll never go back!

I’m still recovering from my C-section, so I love anything loose, high-waisted, and soft. One of my favorite postpartum clothing brands is Kindred Bravely. They have some of the softest nursing bras, plus they are really cute. On days I need to run a few errands but still look put together, I throw on leggings and a cute cardigan. My other go-to outfit has been a sweater dress. I wore them all throughout my pregnancy, and I’m still wearing them now. You can dress up a sweater dress with little booties or dress it down with a cute pair of sneakers.

Thanks to 2020, loungewear is the new trend, and I hope it’s here to stay because that’s all I see myself wearing for the foreseeable future. These ten items are my wardrobe staples right now! If you recently had a baby, you’ll want to add them to your cart right away. And, if you’re looking for cute and cozy loungewear, you’ll love these items, too!

1. Matching Set

2. Plush Robe

3. Comfy Leggings

4. Chic Nursing Bra

5. Silky Pajamas

6. Jumpsuit

7. Sweater Dress

8. Fluffy Slippers

9. Button-Down Shirt

10. Cozy Cardigan
