Trader Joe’s Mediterranean Bowls

I’m a Trader Joe’s girl at heart and these Mediterranean Bowls have been on repeat. They are such an easy meal that the whole family loves. Sharing my go-to recipe below:

 

Ingredients (All from Trader Joe’s!):

Shawarma Chicken Thighs

Organic Jasmine Rice

Cucumber

Tomatoes

Red Onion

Vegan Tzatziki

Feta Cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Once oven is preheated, cook the chicken thighs according to package directions
  3. Chop vegetables and set aside
  4. Microwave rice according to package
  5. Assemble Bowl with all ingredients
  6. Add Vegan Tzatziki Dip, feta cheese, and Naan 
  7. Enjoy!
