5 Must Have Baby Products I Didn’t Know I Needed

I can’t believe I didn’t have these products before Sage got here! These five products have truly been lifesavers. Read more about the five products I didn’t know I needed, but now can’t live without.

Diaper Warmer
I didn't buy this until after Sage was born because I didn't think I needed it. Wow, was I wrong! This is a game-changer for when you're changing your baby multiple times a day - especially in the winter! I noticed a huge difference in Sage when I started using warm wipes. She wasn't crying as much, and I could tell it was so much more comfortable for her. There are so many great options at all different price points, so you don't have to break the bank for this. Add this to your baby registry right away!

Portable Breast Pump
This is another item I got not too long ago because I didn't think it was necessary at first. I figured I would manually pump, but after a few weeks of that, I started researching the best portable breast pump! I can now hold Sage, clean the house, or do some work all while pumping. This has made my life so much easier, and I can't believe I didn't think I needed it at first. I have the Willow Breast Pump, and it's worth the hype. It's hassle-free, quiet, you can pump and store or pump and pour, and you can track your pump volume. This is a great item to add to your baby registry or give as a gift to a new mama.

Baby Swing
For the first two weeks of Sage being home, I barely put her down! I started to realize this wasn't feasible for that much longer, so after a lot of researching, I ordered her a baby swing. This has allowed me to get things done around the house, and I don't feel as guilty since she seems to like it. I ordered the 4moms mamaroo baby swing, and it helps to soothe and keep her entertained. We keep it in our living room, so I can keep an eye on her while I get a much-needed arm break.

Gripe Water
Many of my friends and family recommended gripe water as a baby must have to soothe upset stomachs and relieve gas. After giving this to Sage to help relieve gas, I ordered more immediately. This is a product you should have stocked in your home at all times! Gripe water is gentle on your baby's stomach, and anytime they are a little fussy, this can help soothe their discomfort. I highly recommend Wellements. Their products contain certified organic ingredients and are free from gluten, dairy, soy, dyes, parabens, artificial colors, artificial flavors, and preservatives.

Snotsucker
This has helped Sage so much the past few weeks! The FridaBaby Snotsucker lives up to its name. This safely removes any mucus from your little one's nose without any issues. I love how the tube is clear so I can see all of the mucus getting sucked up. This can clear the stuffiest of noses right up and can really soothe your baby's fussiness.
